General information, not advice

Ring & Rest publishes general information about smart rings, sleep wearables and related accessories: what they cost to own, what their makers publish, and what published studies report. It is provided for informational purposes only.

• Not medical advice. Smart rings are consumer wellness devices. Nothing on this site diagnoses, treats or rules out any condition, and nothing here replaces advice from a doctor or other qualified clinician. If you have symptoms or a health concern, talk to a clinician. Our health content rules explain how we handle these topics.
• Not financial or tax advice. Cost-of-ownership figures are arithmetic from brands' published prices, not advice on what you should spend. Statements about HSA or FSA eligibility summarize what brands and their checkout partners say; whether a purchase qualifies for you is up to your plan administrator and the tax rules that apply to you.

Third-party information

Much of what we publish comes from third parties: brands' fee policies, spec sheets, sizing charts and warranty terms; retailer listings; published studies; and independent reviewers. We link each fact to its source and date the facts that change, such as fees. But brands change prices, plans, features and availability without notice, and we can make mistakes. Before you buy, confirm the current terms with the brand or retailer. If you spot an error, tell us and we'll check it and correct it.

Prices, availability and purchases

Prices and availability are set by the retailer and change often, which is why we don't print ring prices. When you click a buy button you leave our site, and any purchase is between you and that retailer or brand, under its terms, shipping, return and warranty policies. Ring & Rest doesn't sell products and can't help with orders, returns, warranty claims or app subscriptions.

You're welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with attribution and a link. Please don't republish whole pages or scrape the site. Brand and product names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products we discuss. Stock photographs are used under their license and remain the property of their photographers.
